During each Home Watch visit, we look for obvious signs of leaks, damage, intrusion, pests, temperature concerns or other unusual conditions, then document the visit with photos, notes and prompt reporting to you.

Daymark will securely hold a property key to provide home access per your direction. Think of it as having local boots on the ground for approved situations such as emergency access, vendor appointments, storm-related concerns and any other requests you may have.
