Daymark provides scheduled weekly or bi-weekly visual inspections for Northern Michigan homes that are unoccupied while owners are away.
During each Home Watch visit, we look for obvious signs of leaks, damage, intrusion, pests, temperature concerns or other unusual conditions, then document the visit with photos, notes and prompt reporting.

Emergencies happen when you’re away. Daymark provides one-time visual inspections before and after storms, power outages or urgent property concerns.
We look for obvious signs of damage, leaks, intrusion or other unusual conditions, then report back with photos and notes so you have clearer answers when you can’t be here.
