A short 1 minute explainer video.
Home watch and house-sitting get mixed up all the time, but they're not the same service. Nobody moves into your home — Jim visits on a set schedule, checks the property, and documents everything. If you've wondered which one actually fits your home, hope this help clear it up.
People ask me this all the time.
Isn't Home Watch just a different name for House Sitting?
It's a fair question. Both are about someone looking after your place while you're away. But they're not the same thing.
House-sitting means someone actually lives in your home while you're gone. They watch your TV. Eat off your plates. They sleep in your bed!
Home Watch is different. Nobody moves in. I come on a regular schedule, walk the whole property, check the systems, and document exactly what I find.
You want a trained eye on the property, not just someone staying over.
If you want to see exactly what a visit covers, it's all laid out on our website.
